It matches UOB Delight's 8% cashback on groceries, and offers another 8% discounts off of your restaurant bills. It also offers 8% rebate on Grab rides and another 21% off on petrol. While it doesn’t cover some other major categories like entertainment, shopping and utility bills, Citi Cash Back’s rebate rates on groceries, gas and dining are some of the highest we’ve seen in their respective fields. Not only that, Citi Cash Back Card saves you 8% on groceries no matter which supermarket you shop at, so you don't have to choose between Cold Storage, Sheng Siong, Giant, Jasons, Guardian or FairPrice.

Citi Cash Back also has a decently high cap on monthly cashback at S$100, for a total of up to S$1.200 of cashback per year. While annual fee is about S$192.6, Citi graciously provides a waiver for your first year. It is also more affordable than POSB Everyday card, given that its annual fee of S$160.5 is perpetually waived as long as you spend a meager amount of S$10,000 on the card annually.

First, there is an 8% discount on groceries at a number of supermarket chains including Cold Storage, Market Place, Jasons, Giant and Guardian. This is already the highest reward on groceries.

On top of this, there is another 10% discount on house brand names at Cold Storage, Giant and Guardian. If you like these house brands products at the aforementioned supermarket chains, UOB Delight card can earn a total of up to 18% discount on groceries for you. Nicknamed a “mom card” by some, it also provides discounts on other family needs like utility bills (3% rebate), making it an excellence choice for anyone with a big family to feed and fixed expenses to take care of every month.
